Ms Neo Chia Reei has managed organizations from start up to turnaround, consolidation, renewal, expansion and exit; across different industries and countries.
She has successful track record in establishing academies and L&D departments; is excellent in designing Leadership programmes for Top Management & High Potentials and developing competency-based & Skills Future frameworks.
She became the first woman Regional General Manager in Asia at age 29 for the British conglomerate General Electric Company; held General Management positions at Marconi plc and Times Publishing Group, in addition to Entrepreneurship.
She brought her corporate experiences to education and healthcare sectors, as Director at National University of Singapore, SingHealth, Singapore Management University and NTUC LearningHub.
Her current challenge is building and expanding capability for the Elderly Healthcare Sector in Singapore through NTUC Health, a social enterprise established by the labour movement.
